Booking can be made by phone or internet and these condition become binding for both parties and reservation is confirmed when deposit fee (30% from the accommadation price) has been paid. Booking fee 13 Euro is added to the rent of the apartment. Booking is valid after the deposit and booking fee has been paid. Rest of the payment has to be paid 21 days before the beginning of the rental period. If there is less than 21 days to the beginning of the rental period, the total rent has to be paid immediately.

The rent includes use of the cottages and all accessories, electricity and firewood.

The apartment has a caretaker who will provide the keys . The client will contact the caretaker and agree about the keys transfer as well as the time of arrival. The caretaker contact information and driving information are on the invoice sheet. The key will be provided against payment evidence.

Minimum Rental Periods
During the high season, The New Year and Christmas period as well as the weeks from 8 until 16 minimum rental time is one week. and starting time of the rental date is Saturday ( from Saturday to Saturday). In other periods, out of the high season, the starting date and time of the days rented is not fixed and thus other rental periods can be agreed

The apartment is at the client's use from 4PM on the day of arrival until 12 noon on the departure date.

The apartments are provided with the mattresses, pillows and blankets. The cottage rent does not include bed linen. It

is possible to rent the bed linen (sheets, pillowcases, bath and and hand towels) and towels for and additional fee. Cleaning is not included in the rent. Client is responsible for cleaning the cottage during the the rental period and before departure. The cleaning of the apartment can be organised by the caretaker of the apartment for additional fee.

The apartment can be occupied in the maximum 6 persons.

Complainments and damages
All damages regarding the apartment must be reported immediately to the caretaker. The client is obliged to cover all damages occured during the rental period in the apartment

Cancellations
All cancellations must be made in writing. If the cancellation is made 28 days prior the rental period the advance payment will be returned except cancellation fee 34 euro and booking fee are not returned. If the cancellation is made 21 days prior to the rental period deposit fee and booking fee will not be returned.

If the cancelallation is made less than 21 prior to the rental period and the apartment can not be rented for the same period, the total rent will be charged.

Cancellation fee is not charged in the cases of the serial illness, accident or death. The doctor certificate is required as an evidende.

If the payments are not paid at the date of payment maturity the reservation can be cancelled.
